Box Corner Solar Cooker

 
My favorite! Use a heavy duty cardboard box. Remove top flaps. Cut diagonally in half. Save 1side for reflector panel. Cover with foil / mylar.*
Side view. Ideal box size is 18 x 24 in. tall
and with square bottom if available..
    
 
 
Reflector panel CAN be made removeable. Duct tape tabs are clamped to cooker bottom as shown.
Place pot wrapped in Reynolds oven bag
in back corner. (Or on dark can if available.)
   
 
 
Focus cooker toward sun. Adjust reflector panel for maximum sunlight on pot.
Place support under reflector to hold the focus
on pot. Refocus cooker at approximately
60 to 90 min. intervals.
